Blaze was one of the most talented songwriters during the outlaw movement, but never gained significant commercial success. His raw, gritty, and honest approach to his writing set him apart from his contemporaries and also made him less accessible to mainstream audiences. Despite being relatively obscure, many widely known singers and songwriters have cited his influence on their careers. Blaze died tragically in 1989, never knowing the widespread acclaim his songs would receive after his death.

All prints are done by hand using only the highest quality inks with a discharge print method. Normal screen printing lays ink on top of a shirt, but discharge printing actually changes the color of the shirt fibers. This is a more time consuming process that requires precision, but results in a higher quality/slightly vintage look to the print, and a completely nonexistent hand-feel after the first wash.
