Returns, refunds and exchanges:

Order or shipping-address changes:
During the first hour after checkout, select "View your order" in your confirmation email to access the available editing and cancellation options.
Can't do what you need there, or need help with something else? Email order@thecultofcult.com with your order number.
When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days. Processing may take longer during peak holiday periods.
Presale shipping estimates appear on the product page and in your confirmation email. Orders containing presale items ship together once everything is ready.
You'll receive tracking information by email when your shipping label is created.
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we email you to confirm the address and reship it once at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most destinations. Delivery can take 30 days or longer depending on the destination and carrier. See our return policy for international return eligibility and exceptions.
