HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
All orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement unless they include a pre-order item. Pre-order items will have the estimated time to ship noted on the product page and in your confirmation email. Orders including pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are ready to ship together. Processing time may be extended during peak holiday season.
Once a shipping label is created for your order, you'll receive an email confirming your shipment along with a tracking number.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to just about anywhere! Please note that international shipments have an estimated transit time of 7-21 days, and can often take longer depending on the destination and carrier service. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international items.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If there was an issue with delivery and your package is returned to sender, we will reach out via email to verify your address. If you would like the order reshipped, as a one time courtesy, we will resend your package at no additional cost to you.


THE SHOP APP AUTOFILLED MY OLD ADDRESS, HOW CAN I CORRECT IT?
If you realize you checked out with an incorrect address, please reach out to inform us as soon as possible to see if it can be updated.


I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR AM MISSING AN ITEM, WHAT CAN BE DONE?
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item in your order, please know that this is very rare and we are so sorry! If this happens to you please contact us at order@thecultofcult.com as soon as possible and we will get you taken care of.


I’D LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO IT?
Log in to your account: account.thecultofcult.com
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
